Using the store
You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. You may not interfere with website security, misuse store content or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Product information
We aim to describe available products, variants, package contents, brand status and prices accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect appearance. Review the selected option and product page before ordering. Ssnsn is the retailer and does not claim to manufacture unbranded products.
Orders, prices and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order for a reasonable cause, including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure or an obvious pricing error. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be returned to the original payment method. Prices, taxes, shipping charges and currently available payment methods are shown during checkout before submission.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Processing and delivery are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Eligible returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Change-of-mind return shipping is not represented as free; the applicable conditions appear in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and conflict-of-law rules that cannot be excluded, these Terms and non-consumer disputes are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Non-consumer disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction over the operator’s registered address in Shenzhen. Consumers may bring a claim in any forum available under mandatory applicable law. These Terms do not require private arbitration.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. We remain responsible where applicable law requires it.
Changes
We may update these Terms when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.
