Cancellations, Subscriptions and Pre-orders

Most Usaum products are offered as one-time purchases. If a product is offered as a subscription, pre-order or try-before-you-buy arrangement, its price, billing schedule, renewal terms and cancellation conditions will be shown on the product page or during checkout before the order is submitted. If no recurring schedule is displayed, the purchase is a one-time purchase.

Order cancellations and changes

Email support@usaum.com as soon as possible with the order number. We can cancel or change an order only before fulfillment begins. If an order has already shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Recurring purchases

If a recurring purchase is offered, customers may use the cancellation method stated in the offer or contact us. A cancellation stops future eligible renewals but does not automatically reverse an order that has already been processed. Any refund is governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Pre-orders and try-before-you-buy offers

Any estimated availability date, authorization timing, trial period, return deadline and charge timing will be disclosed with the specific offer. Dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
